TravaCalm H.O. Chewable is for the prevention of travel sickness. This single active formula comes in a convenient chewable tablet format which is strawberry flavoured.

Ideal for short trips1 or when drowsiness is desirable.

Suitable for adults and children aged 8 years and over.

WHERE TO BUY

Take 30 minutes before departure. Repeat four to six hourly if necessary. Tablets may be swallowed or chewed.

  • Adults: 1 or 2 tablets (maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours).
  • Children: Not recommended for children under 8 years of age.
    8-12 years: A half to one tablet (maximum of 2 tablets in 24 hours).

Active Ingredient per tablet:

  • Hyoscine hydrobromide 300 micrograms

Contains lactose and a small/trace amounts of gluten, less than 20 parts per million.

Q. When should I take TravaCalm H.O. Chewable for motion sickness?
A. Take the first dose 30 minutes before departure to prevent motion sickness.
If you suffer from motion sickness, or think that you may experience motion sickness, it’s best to take TravaCalm H.O. Chewable before you travel, that is, before you experience any symptoms of motion sickness.

 

Q. Does TravaCalm H.O. Chewable contain gluten?
A. TravaCalm H.O. Chewable contains a small/trace amounts of gluten, less than 20 parts per million.
You can also try the Travacalm Travel Band (a drug-free device worn on the wrist).

 

Q. Is TravaCalm H.O. Chewable suitable for me if I have difficulty swallowing tablets?
A. TravaCalm H.O. Chewable are tablets which can be swallowed or chewed, and can be given to children 8 years of age and older.

A. TravaCalm H.O. Chewable can be given to children 8 years of age and older.

 

Q. Can TravaCalm H.O. Chewable cause drowsiness?
A. TravaCalm H.O. Chewable may cause drowsiness. If you feel drowsy, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery.
There are other options. TravaCalm Ginger is a non-drowsy formula and the TravaCalm Travel Band is a drug-free device that does not cause drowsiness.
